Western Washington community
all of my life (long time). I
understand what the weather
can do to a
structure if it is not properly built
and maintained.

of the year. Wood destroying
organisms thrive in our
climate. As an inspector I need to
identify these problems
or conditions conducive to
causing problems and make sure
that you the home buyer, are
aware of the issue.

any question . We give a 5 star.

5 MIke was excellent! Price was perfect too!
6 Of all the people that my wife and I talked to, he
was the best deal and could also do it sooner than
anyone else. Maybe I got lucky, but overall it was a
stress-free experience. I like the online report as
well.
7 Good follow-up reasonable price. Could have
used info on preparing for inspection.
Areas not addressed due to interference by the
homeowner.
