6 Of all the people that my wife and I talked to,
he was the best deal and could also do it
sooner than anyone else. Maybe I got lucky, but
overall it was a stress-free experience. I like the
online report as well.
7 Good follow-up reasonable price. Could have
used info on preparing for inspection.

8 Thank you for a very thorough and well
documented report. I appreciate all the time
you put into this and verifying your information
with photographs. I'm not sure if the lender will
accept our offer (they should, as I am not
reducing it by the cost of needed repairs,) but if
not, I will certainly call on you when I need
inspection work on our next purchase. It's great
to go into the purchase of a multi-family home
with my eyes wide open, with photos of attic
issues, areas of water damage, pests,
condition of all appliances, substandard
electrical panels that need to be replaced,
fireplace inserts that don't work and need
replacing, condition of the roof, deteriorating
chimneys, etc., etc., etc. Overall we still like the
building, but feel more confident that we can
contract out the large repairs, and take care of
the minor ones ourselves. Your report was
honest, straightforward and extremely
thorough. Your price was a little higher than
others I had checked with. But speaking with
you I felt confident with your depth of
knowledge. With report in hand now, I can see
that you put your heart and much time into your
work and you should be compensated for it. My
Realtor and you said you were working for my
wife and me in this purchase, and I could not
be more pleased. Again, thank you for a job
